Chief Executive Officer
Samuel Lee is the current Group CEO and Directors of a number of successful organizations in Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. Over the past decade, he has built up his reputation for dependability and dedication through hard work and a unique vision. Samuel has over 15 years of software business experience consulting, designing and developing enterprise applications, from small projects that serve small businesses to the large scale products that reach hundreds of millions of businesses and participants through the effects of product networks. He is known for being intensely passionate about software design and architecture. He always lends an eye for detail and problem solving to the projects he is engaged in. His experience has taught him to focus on the results he can give his clients when every aspect of a project is explored. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Computer and Information Science in South Australia University.
Chief Technology Officer
Immanuel Dang holds a Bachelor Degree in Mathematical and Computer Science from Ho Chi Minh University of Science, Vietnam. He is a hacker community member in Vietnam and specialized in platform, architecture and security design. He has built and provided many software solutions including international payment gateway, security architecture design, operating system platform, business enterprise system (ERP), mobile development, software customizations and many API integration services as well as hardware interface. Technically, he focuses on using .NET C#, AngularJS, NodeJS and the WebAPI for customer projects.
The both partners have produced stunning result in software development industry especially for software solutions for clients who need reliable large scale of financial management tools and processes including international payment gateway with debit card that compliance to PCI DSS and ISO 27001. The targeted customer segment is often in the private sector, for corporations that need digital marketing, cloud, mobile application and web solutions as well as industrial and hardware integrations. Both of them have combined experience in providing nationwide software solution and implementation to Berjaya Sports Toto, F&N and international payment gateway (that complied to PCI DSS and ISO 27001) to name a few. Locally in Malaysia, they have recently proposed payment gateway solution to Merchantrade Malaysia, a joined project with Sumitomo Corporation Japan and Axiata Celcom Malaysia.
Nevertheless, they are also working with government agencies to develop tactical solutions, such as work creating security, power, GPS and tracking. The importance of creating secure, dedicated software that uses innovative thinking and solutions cannot be more emphasized than it has been in our past and current works.
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick Teoh has span over 20 years industries experience range from manufacturing, distribution, trading, logistic, shipping, infrastructure and FMCG.
He started his first career with Arthur Anderson as junior in audit division and rotated to corporate finance, tax and consulting division during the period from 1993 to 1997. Later he was headhunted to Capetronic Group, a well-established OEM audio manufacturer for Sony, Kenwood and AIWA. The portfolio involved in group fund raising, group consolidated financial reporting, group budgetary control, corporate affair, merger and acquisition. After five (5) years in the group rotated from Malaysia, Thailand and to Hong Kong; he was invited to join Pengurusan Danaharta Berhad to restructure selected PN17 public listed company for business turnaround and debt restructuring exercises. Several portfolios were under his leadership and manage to restructure and disposed to relevant White Knight. The contracts last five years and again he move on to join private equities firm in Hong Kong for another five years solely responsible for all the fund and equities raising from cornerstone investors, institutional investors and so on. After that, back to Malaysia to serve as group general manager and financial advisor for SME and SMI and manage to transform all the business to greater height. His accumulated working experience position him in building up the expertise for fund raising both onshore and offshore. He will be handle the full spectrum of the IPO for Gaintz Group in various dynamic and robust listing destination.
Patrick Teoh is the PhD candidature focus on finance and economic. Both qualification from Universiti Utara Malaysia and University of Heriot Watt, Edinburgh Business School. Prior to his doctorate education, he was awarded the master science degree (MSc) in Finance and Accounting from University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. He is a qualified accountant from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Chief Operating Officer
Winston Khoo is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He graduated from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA) in the year 1997 and was accorded an Associate Member (ACMA) in the year 1998. Then he was accorded CGMA in the year 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience in conglomerate corporations and multi-nationals companies. He gained his experience from large companies like Mah Sing group, Celcom and Intec Telecom Systems plc. Intec is a public listed company in the United Kingdom.
He started his career in Mah Sing Group where he gained his experience in the Manufacturing sector. He then ventured out to Telecommunication sector when he joined Celcom for 4 years. Subsequently, he diverse his experience in IT sector when he joined Inception to Implementation Sdn Bhd (i2i) in the year 2000. This was where he was exposed to the merger and acquisition process when Intec Telecom System plc (UK) bought over i2i. Intec subsequently absorbed him into their finance team and he gained his experience on the operations of multi-nationals companies.
In the year 2003, he joined Britesoft Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd as a pioneer and was part of their management team, where he was heading the financial and operation division. In this company, he deployed his knowledge on setting-up companies processes and also on setting up the standard policies and procedures of the company.
In the year 2012, he ventured out to set up IMEX Solutions Consulting, where he is the COO/Management Consultant. In this venture, he increased his experience in more diverse sectors, as his clientele ranges from Manufacturing, Telecommunications, I.T. , Financial Advisory, Trading (locally and international), Business Consultancy, Transportation (LRT & MRT) and Constructions sectors.
Chief Marketing Officer
3 decades of experiences in the corporate sector within the role in Business Management and as a Director of Marketing. He has high level of experience liaising with Government officials on related matters here and abroad and have worked with the Australian Government to initiate a bilateral relationship with Uzbekistan Government through student exchange programme and student placement from Uzbekistan to Australia and vice versa. Over the years he has gained many exposures and gained many business connections in various fields related to finances, remittance, funding, trade, infrastructure, IT and special projects involving government and private initiatives.
Chief Strategy Officer
Zien has a wide range of experiences in the investment field having started as a Diploma holder in Investment Analysis then culminating currently into Employee benefits and now in the pipeline to be the Chief Strategy Officer.
Zien is still actively involved despite his 47 years of age, in insurance business and companies and Investment. He began his career in 1993 and is still going robust in that field. Beginning with Aetna Universal Insurance (1993-2001) then onto ING insurance (2001-2013) continuing at AIA presently from 2013. He has dealt with group medical hospitalization, out patient clinical and specialist and group term life which are so essential in one’s life and Zien manages the individual policies to great satisfaction on the part of the client.
Zien’s career in Insurance investment has taken a variety of forms from individual life insurance investment to being involved in Employee benefit insurance schemes and then on to investment in corporate units.
Zien’s career is a sterling one having begun as a life insurance agent and soon promoted to Unit manager of insurance investment in 1998. He is very motivated in his career providing only the best and most suited deals for his clients. He comes forth as a meticulously oriented employee offering before and after deals’ session single-mindedly.
Having been spotted as a conscientious worker, Zien was spearheaded to be the Group corporate agent. Altogether, Zien has 25 years of colourful experience in Investment. Zien is trustworthy, dedicated, tactical and has an eye for the best deal for clients with regards to Investment.
Now he is being offered as the Chief Strategy Officer. No doubt in this next venture offered to Zien, he will leave no stones unturned to produce the best and most remarkable robust investment benefitting the clients.
Chief Business Development Officer
As Chief Business Development Officer, she supports business growth processes in her leadership position over the business development department, where she oversees the activities and performance of all departments. Over the last 20 years she has able to reach out to potential business prospects as well as capturing new markets. She focuses on the development and growth of the business through building relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals often executes outreach strategies by prospecting new businesses in order to utilize all available channels. Sharp-witted, combines with strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with her relentless ambition and energy, which enable the business to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives.
Chief Blockchain Officer
Having more than 15 years of experience in advance system technologies and blockchain architecture solutions, Iqbal is doing few complex projects based on IoT and RIA. He has been the architect of more than five successful ICO projects. He is also an expert in AI based IBM Watson and will play a major role in putting Blockchain and IoT into supply chain management advancement in future.
Chief Analytics Officer
David Chong holds a MBA of Finance in Nottingham Trent University, England. He has more than 15 years of experience in business setup. 15 years experience in leadership, collaboration & transformation. David works with the finest executives in the region, which led him to expanding his businesses in fields of investments, technology, business consulting, corporate trainings, merger & acquisitions.
David is the founder & chief executive of a few software solution & consulting companies offering business process reengineering, software development services and IT consultation to ASEAN cooperation & small medium enterprises. The company also defines mobile apps and game business models and accelerating growth across ASIA & International. He oversees company finance and software projects as instructed and responsible for the effective management, and growth of the company. He direct the company to secured more than one well-known software products and carry as a distribution in Malaysia and increase revenues rapidly within 3 years through effective negotiation of purchase contracts and funding agreement with this he help company increase sales revenue from 2 million to 4 million in 6 months by raising prices or eliminating unprofitable private label and brand products. He is a highly motivated and seasoned professional with experiences within ASIA ecosystem.
Chief Information Officer
He graduated from University Technology Malaysia with a Diploma of architecture. He started with ATT AKITEK PTE LTD (Canada-Singapore company base on Malaysia) which is involved in the architecture form as a Concept Designer & Project Coordinator. He later joined EnTech Services Sdn Bhd (Brunei) as a Concept Designer & Project Coordinator Team Leader Jurong Park overseeing the whole design Department & Coordinator with Royal family.
After joined Epi Excelpoint Industries Inc (Canadian Company base on Shanghai, Taiwan & Vietnam) as a Concept Designer & Project Coordinator Team Leader which is principally involved in the Interior Design, Factory Design & Product Manufacture, he moved to Gap Technology Sdn Bhd & CD Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd as a Manager responsible for the daily operation of the Bunker-Mindef.
Tzur Technology Sdn. Bhd. with a key focusing on Value-added Wifi Network system integrated with value added mobile applications with advertising & data analyst. Extensive knowledge of Telecommunication & R&D Network Communication Industry, with exceptional proficiency in Software, System Integration, Planning and Implementation. We develop the software in Malaysia & hardware in Taiwan, after try in Taiwan (Provide 30-45min/day Free Wifi hotspot to public (7-11, Mr Brown, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport & Public area)). The Director of Trade & Business Development (DTBD) need a broad range of skills and experience to keep the company growing, with a vibrant and successful expansion program into the future.
Dr. Dominic Lee meet these qualifications and was appointed as the ‘DTBD’. Equipped with his vision & vast experience over the past years for his business strategies, he has broaden Gaintz business developments to several major Asian countries.
His transparent policy is to keep all stakeholders and partners informed with up-to-date information of the development projects, with prerequisites & regulations as its priorities to suit the local authorities & market conditions, in each country that Gaintz has developed and represented.
He is constantly preparing specific timeline and sequence of future development activities, and use this schedule to manage the overall expansion of the company, ensuring its timely & healthy completion for the years ahead.
Capital Associate Partner
William has worked in private equity and business banking for the past 16 years and has a deep understanding of the investor relations roles as well as the challenges of raising money. Prior to setting up Global Bridge, William was a senior finance manager with a Malaysian-owned London-based financing and property investment company. His duties including raising capital for company's projects and managing the company's fund in London. Prior to that, he was head of treasury department of a reputable PLC in Malaysia with RM200 million fund.
A Chartered Accountant registered with Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), William was always keen to leave the “Profession” behind and quickly took up his first opportunity to partner with a reputable accounting firm in year 2003 to set up Global Bridge Consulting – a small network of professionals specializing in management consulting and financial advisory services. Impressed with the way that the network had grown, along with its reputation for delivering industry leading results for clients, in 2007 William set up Global Bridge Management Sdn Bhd, to include partners specializing in various complementary advisory services such as branding and marketing, globalization, business model re-engineering and turnaround.
William is also registered on the panel of External Service Provider for CEDAR (Centre for Entrepreneur Development and Research), SME Bank of Malaysia since Aug 2012 and a reviewer of business plan presentation for Bank Rakyat School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
